Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Complaints & Returns

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review your case and offer: a replacement; a refund ; or a store credit. 

Depending on the situation.

We aim to respond to all complaints within 48 hours.



Shipping

We ship worldwide from Portugal. Shipping times vary depending on destination:

Portugal: 2–5 working days - 10 Euros Standard Shipping via CTT                       

Europe: 3–10 working days - 15 Euros via CTT or DPD

International: 10–20 working days - 20 Euros via CTT or DPD

All artworks are printed on demand to ensure the highest quality, so processing time may take 2–5 days before shipping.
